I haven’t done one of these in a while, but I decided to jump back on the bandwagon. Enjoy! As always, thanks to Katie from Healthy Diva Eats for hosting!

1. Flare pens are my favorite! I got this 12-pack at Staples on sale.
2. Selfie before work – I arrived early on Thursday, so I spent some time outside! My workplace is near the beach, so I relaxed by the water for a while. It was lovely and so relaxing.
3. and 4. I’m a Sweat Pink Ambassador! i’m so proud and honored to be chosen. I received this note in the mail from Fit Approach’s founders: Alyse, Jamie, and Becky, along with several pairs of pink shoelaces! I can’t wait to re-string my gym shoes with these laces.
5. Frozen yogurt from Red Mango! My mom and I got some at the mall, and I was thrilled that this location was self-serve. Does anyone else like self-serve yogurt way better than behind-the-counter yogurt? I love being able to choose my own amounts of flavors and toppings. This bowl has original, peanut butter, and Nutella frozen yogurt topped with cookie dough bites and brownie crumbles. Yum!
